us certainly are very ready to give advice?whether asked or unasked; and often we equate this "good advice" with the giving of real help, support or guidance. Perhaps we are most prone to fall into this trap when any question of child-rearing patterns arises. Indeed almost everyone seems ready to give advice on this topic; and a surprisingly large number of people appear to consider themselves "experts" in this field.
